This research aim to determine the scheme of students adaptation before the information service, to understand how to give the information service process, to understand the scheme after information service, the difference of students adaptation towards the expertise program before and after the information service, and to determine the difference of students adaptation between the experiment group and control group and also the influence of information service about expertise program. The subject of this research is X ADP CLASS Muhammadiyah Vocational High School 2 which consist of 70 students. The result of this research is before given to information service students adaptation towards the expertise program is on the low category (54%). The service is given 4 times. After given to information service students adaptation towards the expertise program is on the normal category (54%), this is the prove that there is a significant difference between students adaptation towards the expertise program before and after the process of information service.Later, to determine the difference of experiment group and control group, the formula is independent abbreviation t sample test towards SPSS program with t value = 7,469 with sig value (2 – tailed) in the amount of 0,000.
