The Study was conducted on 03 November – 04 December 2014 located on The Kuok Village in Bangkinang Barat District Kampar Regency Riau of Provinces. The Research aimed to analyze the credit procedure, the business income from the fish farmers before and after receiving loans and just how much credit use by Gotong Royong Fisheries Cooperation on income levels of fish farmers in The Kuok Village in Bangkinang Barat. The methods used in this study by survey method with case study on mutual Fisheries Cooperation Members of Gotong Royong. The result showed that the credit procedure set by Fisheries Cooperation Gotong Royong it was suitable with the regulation and administrasion. The fish farmers have taken the money of credit, the average income fish farmers of them is Rp 10.780.835,-/harvest or an increase of 9,28 %, the fish farmers have taken the pellet of credit Rp 58.781.616,-/harvest or an increase of 13,64 %, and then fish farmers as creditor money and pellets Rp 132.997.045,-/harvest or an increase of 12,16 %. The level of credit utilization by fish farmers was effectively, it’s show from the that 10 person of fish farmers use loans cooperatives as additional capital, while 5 person the others fish farmers used the credit for personal conmsuption.
