Kinerja Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bengkalis (STUDI KASUS PELAYANAN PASIEN YANG DIRUJUK KE RSUD ARIFIN ACHMAD PEKANBARU)
Hospital is a part of the public service in the field of health. Bengkalis’s general hospital has a B type, and until now has done a service to the community of Bengkalis. However, the increase of disease currently cause the general hopital of Bengkalis has not been able to serve optimally, so had to do a referral to other hospital that has A type such as Arifin Achmad’s general Hospital of Pekanbaru.
The aim of study is to axamine the work performance of staff in Bengkalis’s general hospital to services of patien referrals to Arifin Achmad’s general Hospital of Pekanbaru and also as well as to determine the inhibiting factors in the work performance of staff in Bengkalis’s general hospital to services of patient referral to Arifin Achmad’s general Hospital of Pekanbaru. In this study using the theory individual performance put forward bay (Dwiyanto 1995:321) give some indicators individual performance that is knowledge, ability and skills, work attitude, job quality, interaction.
The methods used is decriptive research with a qualitative approach in data collections, researchers use interviewing techniques, observations, documentations and library studies. With use informant as a resources of informations and data analysis technique by means data collections, presentations data, reduction data and conclusion.
The result showed that the work performance of staff in Bengkalis’s general hospital to services of patient referrals to Arifin Achmad’s general Hospital of Pekanbaru are already well done based on standard operational procedure service. Some factor that cause work performance of staff are minim of medis tools and room that can use to medis activitiy, human resources factor likes doctor of specialist in Bengkalis Hospital and decrease of trust patient in Bengkalis Hospital.
