Immigration violation related to their residence permit is a residence permit abuse of foreign workers, Ranging from the use of incorrect visas, residence permits use that term (exceeded) exceeds, in order to solve this residence permit the immigration office is very important in the area of surveillance, monitoring is to provide security for the city of Pekanbaru.
This study aims to determine how proposed affect the supervision of immigration and the factors affecting the implementation of supervision by the immigration office in the city of Pekanbaru, this study uses the concept of the theory of supervision by Manullang, 2008, is done a three-step process of checking that the standards, set behavior assessments, and held in the implementation of the corrective actions pengawasaan residence permit foreign labor immigration service class I Pekanbaru. This study used a qualitative approach using snowball sampling method to collect data through interview, observation and documentation.

Factors that braking is still a lack of staff of the immigration service, the infrastructure and the remote control was done so far, and the participation between the institutions and the community.
