Frying is a cooking process, which is common used to prepare the food by heating the ingredients inside of the pan. To remove the oil after frying process, usually it has been done by manual method and it takes longer time.However, with modification of dryer machine for clothes into frying machine, the cooking process can be beneficial since it works easily and faster. The frying process from machine starts by scooping the food products into a frying basket. Then, the food products in the inside of frying basket will be rotate by driven motor, which caused the oil tossed outward due to the centrifugal force. Design of frying machine to separate the oil from food products use a 340 Watt power motor electric with 760 rpm on rotation. Meanwhile, the components for this machine are frying pan, shaft, basket cover, and bolts, which function to lock the basket.
