The research problems are what is the motivation of housewives working as a tailor in Wela Taylor Kelurahan Pulau Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar? The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of housewives working as a tailor at Wela Taylor Kelurahan Pulau Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The informants of the research were four housewives who worked at the Wela Taylor. While the object of this study is the motivation of housewifes working at Wela Taylor. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research shows that the four informants indicate that the motivation of housewife working as a tailor at Wela Taylor di Kelurahan Pulau, Bangkinang, Kabupaten Kampar can be said that their motivation was quite good for all aspects affecting their morale work such as performances, rewards, challenges, responsibilities and opportunities. Where they can complete their job maximally, and they always service their custumers satisfaction. And they can work independently. It meansthat the Motivation Housewife Working as a tailor in Wela Taylor Kelurahan Pulau Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar can be said is going well.
