Pengaruh Penambahan Probiotik Dalam Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus) Pada Media Air Rawa Gambut Dengan Teknologi Akuaponik
The research was conducted from April-June 2017 in Pond and Hatchery Technical Attendance Unit Laboratory, Fisheries and Marine Faculty Riau University. The aim of this research was to find out the influence of probiotic giving in a feed on growth and Baung (Hemibagrus nemurus) finger survival. The method this research is an experimental method using a Complete Random Design (RAL) with four treatments, and three replications, the treatment in this study are 0, 6, 8 dan 10 ml probiotic/kg feed. 5-7 cm finger was kept in the fiber tub with the stocking density of 30 fish for 40 days. The best Result of this research with giving the probiotic 10 ml/kg in feed shown the influence absolute weights of (Hemibagrus nemurus) was 5,23 g, absolute length was 3,75 cm, specific growth rate was 2,91%, survival rate was 100%, efficiency of feed was 67,01%, feed conversion was 1,49, plant of weight was 11,94 g, and length of plant was 18,92 cm. Water quality of this research is temperature 23-28,6 ̊C, pH 5,3-6, DO 4,5 – 6,5 mg/l, CO2 11,27 – 9,23 mg/l, NH3 0,22 – 0,11 mg/l, NO2- 1,12 – 0,43 mg/l, and NO3- 2,32 – 0,74 mg/l.
