Analisis Bioekonomi Ikan Pelagis Besar Di Perairan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Central Tapanuli’s waters is one of the large pelagic fish production centers on the west coast of Nort Sumatera Province. The method used in this survey method with direct observation on the field using a structured interview tehcnique. Analysis of bioeconomic model calculations of skipjack tuna, mackerel tuna, and yellowfin tuna the waters of the medium Tapanuli generate value management regims, MSY (Maximum Suistanable Yield), MEY (Maximum Economic Yield), and the Economic Rent. The highest production (hmsy) is skipjack tuna and the lowest is foundin yellowfin tuna. Likewise with the effort of catching (emsy) and economic rente (πmsy) the highest is found in skipjack tuna and the lowest in yellowfin tuna.Skipsjack tuna has the highest production amount (hmey) and the lowest production amount of yellowfin tuna. Likewise with the effort of catching (emey) and economic rente (πmey) is highest in skipjack tuna and the lowest is found in yellowfin tuna. Skipjack tuna Utilization Rate is 92,5%, Mackerel tuna 78%, and yellowfin tuna Fish is 88%. This indicates that the rate of exploitation of large pelagic fish in the waters of Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah has passed the boundaries of sustainable arrests.
