This research was conducted on 12th up 17 th of April 2017 in Dapur Pesisir of At Alai Village which data was collected using secondary data and primary data.The method in this research was used survey method. In this research respondent is the owner of a processing of Lomek (Harpodon nehereus) in Dapur Peisir which respondents were determined by purposive sampling technique.
This study aims to analyze the total investment, profit and the problems encountered was faced to running the business. The results revealed the number of investment reached Rp 26.421.250 where fixed capital of Rp 23.930.000 and working capital of Rp 2.491.250. Total cost of production in processing nuggets and meatballs of fish lomek Rp. 2,549,583, / production, gross income of Rp 4.200.000 and net income / profit of Rp. 1.650.417- / production. The problem faced by the owner of nugget and meatballs of fish lomek in Dapur Pesisir at Alay Village in this research is the brand of the product packaging does not yet exist.
