Pendugaan Daerah Potensial Penangkapan Alat Tangkap Bouke Ami Di Laut Jawa
A potential fishing ground is an area which has high fish yield productivity while Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE) often use as an indication of the high or low productivity of catches in a region. This research was conduted at Java Seas for 7 months, started from January – August 2017. The objective of this study was to estimate bauke ami fishing ground thorugh CPUE spatial data. Two years bouke ami fishing logbook which collected by Nizam Zachman Fishing Port, were used to calculate the spatial and temporal CPUE. A heatmap plug-in on QGIS-based kernel density estimation (KDE) was used to predict the distribution of the CPUE dan it’s top heatmap. The potential fishing ground referred to an arithmetic calculation of monthly CPUE top heatmap. Six areas of potential fishing ground were distributed arround northern Java Sea and classified into three classses. The highest potential was found around Karimun Jawa archipelago waters with 1.802.083,431 kg/trip for 5.904 km2 area.
