Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Pekanbaru

This study aimed to examine the influence of the leadership style and motivasion on the employee performance at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were employed who worked in the PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance (73 government agencies). The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were 73 respondents. The hypotheses then tested is multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS version 20.0. The result of this study indicated that the leadership style and motivasion influence on the employee performance.
