Analisis Pengaruh Relationship Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pelanggan Di Matahari Mall Ciputra Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the Relationship Marketing between Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Matahari Mall Ciputra Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the People in Pekanbaru Town shopping at Matahari Mall Ciputra. The sampling method was done by using non probability sampling technique with hair et al formula so as to produce 100 samples. Data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS program version 21.00. From the test results are known significant relationship marketing to Satisfaction, Relationship Marketing significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Significant Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty Shopping at Matahari Mall Ciputra Pekanbaru.
