This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the application of Human Relations Influence, Environmental Physical Condition and Work Discipline Against Work Ethic Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Records Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pekanbaru City.
Population of this research is Employee of Population and Civil Registration City Pekanbaru which amounted to 90 people. Researchers take the number of samples equal to the total population or called with saturated sampling that is all employees who numbered 90 people. The analysis is used as a quantitative analysis with the technical analysis of multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 program.
Based on the results of the study can be concluded, Human Relation, Environmental Physical Condition, Work Discipline, have a significant and positive effect on the work ethic of civil servants and Population Civil Registration Office Pekanbaru, with t_hitung> t_tabel with significant level
