Isolasi Dan Uji Antagonis Jamur Endofit Asal Tanaman Karet Terhadap Jamur Rigidoporus Microporus Secara In Vitro Serta Identifikasi Jamur Endofit Yang Berpotensi Menjadi Agens Hayati
White root disease caused Rigidoporus microporus is the main pathogen in rubber growing. The disease is difficult to be controlled because of its chlamydospore in soil. The use of antagonistic fungi is a potential approach being able to control the soil borne disease. Study was established at Laboratory of Plant Quarantine Pekanbaru and Laboratory Pathology Plant Agriculture Faculty, Riau University Beverage Crops from November 2016 to April 2017. The steps of study conducted were (1) collecting of plant tissue samples from Kampar District and (2) isolation, hypovirulen test, antagonistic test and identification of morphological characteristics of the isolates at Laboratory of Plant Quarantine Pekanbaru and Laboratory Pathology Plant Agriculture Faculty, Riau University. Results obtained 25 isolates of antagonistic fungi from endophyte in rubber. There are 8 selected hypovirulen test and only 2 isolates selected antagonstic consisting of AK21 80% and AK51 70,6. Where isolate AK21 assumed is Trichoderma hamatum and isolate AK51 assumed is Trichoderma harzianum.
Keywords. Trichoderma sp, endophytic fungi, antagonist fungi, hypovirulens test, antagonistic test
