Graha photography is a container that is used as a means to accomodate photography activities. Pekanbaru does not yet have a container that specializes in photography, while the development of photography in Pekanbaru increasingly seen from the many lovers of photography and photography community that exist today. Photography lovers in Pekanbaru only learn outotidak so require a separate container to learn and develop it. The design of graha photography in Pekanbaru is done by combining the notion of photography as painting with light according to the basecs of photography. The result of this combination serves as a concept design of “light painting”. The light painting that is referred to the photography design is a light painting on a DSLR camera. the results of the application concept include the form of building composittion which is the resilt of the form transformation that begins from the direction of sunrise light, then directed to the field that will bounce again the other field, so that happens several times such as the reflection of light running with DSLR camera. meanwhile the basic parts of photography composition, angle and moment are applied on the other side of the building such as the facade.
