Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Melalui Media Kartu Angka Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Paud Permata Muara Tiu Makmur Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
This study aims to determine the improvement of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers through the media card numbers in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Permata Muara Tiu Makmur District Pucuk Rantau Kuantan Singingi. The number of subjects in this study were 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls, located in PAUD Permata Muara Tiu Makmur Pucuk Rantau District Kuantan Singingi Regency. The data collection technique used is observation. This research includes quantitative and qualitative research. Quantitatively, the collected data is analyzed by descriptive percentage. The rate of change that occurs is measured by percent, while qualitatively describes the activities of children and teachers obtained through observation, interview and performance during the study. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, the ability to recognize the concept of number in children aged 4-5 years in PAUD Permata Muara Tiu Makmur Pucuk Rantau District Kuantan Singingi Regency can be increased through the number card media which is done through two cycles, and in each cycle 3 meetings. Increasing the ability to recognize the concept of numbers through the media card number in children aged 4-5 years is known from the initial data average of 42.78 to cycle 1 to 52.78 with an increase of 23.38%, and from cycle 1 (52,78) To cycle 2 to 77.04 with an increase of 45.96%. The extent of the ability to recognize the concept of numbers through the media card number in children aged 4-5 years is equal to 80.09%.
