Optimasi Jalan Pahat Dan Analisis Biaya Produksi Proses Pemesinan Cnc Lathe Untuk Pembuatan Piston Master Cylinder Rem Sepeda Motor Yamaha
CNC is a process of machining with programming using a computer that one of them can control the path of the tools used. Tool path optimation on CNC lathe machining is done so that every movement of tools move optimally so as to minimize processing time and get the production cost for the manufacture of piston master cylinder brake Yamaha Motorcycle aluminum material by using CAD/CAM software. First design is made geometry of piston master cylinder using Computer Aided Design (CAD). Tool path is designed into 3 variations of scheme with absolute programming system and increment using Mastercam v9 then simulated to get the most optimum processing time. Simulation result, longitudinal scheme time for absolute 14 minutes 45 seconds and increment 14 minutes 5 seconds, surface to parallel scheme for absolute 14 minutes 30 seconds and increment 13 minutes 48 seconds, diametrical scheme for absolute 17 minutes 39 seconds and increment 17 minutes 12 Seconds. In lathe CNC machines only use absolute programming system, longitudinal scanning process time 14 minutes 6 seconds, surface to parallel scheme 13 minutes 20 seconds and diametrical scheme is not tested. The optimal processing time and the most economical cost for making piston master cylinder with Mastercam V9 using surface to parallel increment scheme with production cost Rp. 25.178, - / pcs and surface to parallel absolute scheme on CNC lathe machine Rp. 24.399, - / pcs.
