Currently the most widely used cutting steel is cutting with oxygen gas, cutting using manual cut welding makes the result less appropriate as well as the complicated process. Cutting tool plate is made to facilitate the work especially in the field of construction. The research method used is the working principle of CNC 2 Axis machine, CNC 2 Axis machine is able to move in the direction of X and Y axis in the field of work and has a high precision and precision. This plate cutter is controlled by Universal G-Code Sende and QCAD software as a workpiece design and DXF2G-Code as export coding. Making a plate-based plate cutting microcontroller makes changes in the process of cutting the plate becomes easier, because the operator only input data in accordance with the desired. From the test results of X and Y axis movement and cutting speed of plates, the data obtained is the same between program, simulation and actual.
