Analisis Usaha Agroindustri Berbasis Sagu Di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Timur Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
This research aims to know the process of processing, analyzing the costs, income,value and analyze of business efficiency as well as turning point capital businesses sago noodle agro-industries, sago rendang agro-industries, liquid sugar agro-industries and powder sugar agro-industries. This research conducted in Tebing Tinggi Timur sub-district Kepulauan Meranti regency. Sampling using census method (saturated). The results of this research are: first, sago can be processed in agro-industry of sago into sago noodles, sago rendang, liquid sugar and powder sugar. Second, the largest value added product owned by powder sugar at Rp 7.791,17/Kg, followed by liquid sugar at Rp. 7.331,17/Kg, sago rendang Rp 3.989,02/Kg and sago noodles is Rp. 3.965,85/Kg. Third, the greatest efficiency value of owned businesses sago is rendang agro-industries amounted to 1,59 followed efforts of liquid sugar agro-industries amounted to 1,41, attempts of powder sugar agro-industries at 1,40 and agro-industries business of sago noodles at 1,39.
