Pengaruh Kepuasan Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Peternak Ayam Ras Pedaging (Broiler) Pola Kemitraan Contract Farming Di Kabupaten Kampar

This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction and performance of plasma broiler breeders engaged with contract farming partnership and to analyzed the effect of satisfaction to performance of plasma broiler breeders in contract farming partnership. This study used primary and secondary data. The secondary data were obtained from the BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) and the primary data were collected by questionnaires to 40 respondents using convenience sampling technique. Then the data analyzed is qualitative and quantitative. Validity and reliability of data were tested using SPSS 23. Quantitative data is the interpretation of the likert scale and the interpretation of the linear multiple regression by SPSS 23 include: coefficient of determination, F test and T test. There are 7 satisfaction variable, the likert scale result show that satisfaction value is 3.53 or it meants that in general the satisfaction of plasma broiler breeders is a satisfied criterion. The value of performance is 3.13, it meants that generally performance of plasma broiler breeders is a good enough criterion. The result of multiple regression show that coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.808, it meants 80.8 percent satisfaction significant affecting performance of plasma broiler breeders, while 19.2 percent remains is affect by another variable beyond the equation model.
