Agricultural agribusiness is agriculture consisting of several subsystems that form chain link between one system with other system. This research aims to analyze rice agribusiness subsystem in Kecamatan Siak Kecil. This research was conducted in Siak Kecil Subdistrict Bengkalis District Regency using survey method. The technique of taking respondents is done by purposive sampling. The population in this research is rice farmer with 42 farmers. The results of the research using the criteria of six appropriate production facilities have been in accordance with the recommendations of the local agricultural extension, the total cost of production of rainfed lowland rice farming in one year in Siak Kecil Subdistrict of Rp. 6.187.936, with variable cost Rp.5.303.052 And fixed fee Rp.844.844 Production of rice 1.197 kg / year. Gross revenue of Rp.10.178.500 While net income amounted to Rp.3.990.563 RCR of 1.64. Rice agribusiness marketing subsystem there are two channel, marketing channel I is farmer, tauke rice miller and consumer equal to 8,94 percent. Channel II is a farmer, tauke rice miller, retailer and consumer of 11,94 percent. Subsidized supporting sub-systems are farmer groups, extension agencies and government.
