Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Bengkel Modifikasi Roda Dua Dalam Mendukung Ekonomi Kreatif Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to see the feasibility of motorcycle repair shop in the city of Pekanbaru, Seem from several aspects, such as aspects of financial, ecosistem, and sosial economic. Data used in this research is to use the primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from field research by interviewing, observation, and questionnaries. While secondary data obtined from various agencies or institutions associated with the problem examined include Department of Industri and Commerce City of Pekanbaru and Central Bureau of Statistics. The results of feasibility analysis in terms of both quantitave and qualitative data show that Motorcycle Repair Shop Business in City of Pekanbaru is eligble to run. It is one of them is shown with a financial analysis which procedur Net Present Value (NPV) positif value is Rp. 220.234.380. Internal Rate of Return Value is 44,1% where the value is greater than the interest rates on loans (10 percent). Based on the method Profitability (PI) can be known P> 1 is 1.6593. Net Benefit Ratio showed the number of 1,64 and payback periode 2 years 5 months 8 days which mean this business has been able to cover the cost of its original invesment before the age of business ended.
Then on the environmental aspect was found to be found that industrial waste workshop can be recycled and also can be sold to scavengers. Then the socio-economic aspects of the development of these modified workshops have a positive impact on reducing unemployment and helping young children to better develop their talents in a better direction
