Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Pt. Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai Bulking Kota Dumai
This study was conducted in PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai Bulking kota Dumai. The purpose of this study was to investigate The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress partially or simultaneously on employee Turnover Intention of PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal Dumai Bulking kota Dumai The population in this study were all employee which amounted to 74 employee were sampled by using the population sample. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows.
The study concluded that variable of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress partially or simultaneously significant effect on employee turnover intention. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.825 which means, variable Job Satisfaction and Job Stress affect the variable employee turnover intention amounted to 82.5%, while the remaining 17.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study this.
