Analisis Komparatif Sofistikasi Teknologi Pada Industri Konfeksi

Technology is one of the factors that affect the competitiveness of an industry. The higher the mastery of technology, the higher the chance of the industry to dominate the market. This study aims to determine the value and comparison related to technological sophistication on two confection industries, namely CV. Skala Andalan Utama and CV. Surya Pelangi, located in Pekanbaru. Technological sophistication assessment carried out by assessing the technology components (Technoware,Humanware, Infoware and Orgaware) on both of those industries. The analysis technique used in this study is a comparative descriptive. The population of this study are all employees of both industries with a sample of 90 employees. The results show that there are differences in technology sophistication value between CV. Skala Andalan Utama and CV. Surya Pelangi.
