Pengaruh Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Berbelanja Di Indomaret Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analysze Promotion on Purchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction, research applied on Consumer who bought products at Indomaret in Pekanbaru City. The object of this research was consumer of Indomaret in Pekanbaru City. This research consists of three variables: one dependent variable, one intervening variable and one independent variables. They are Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Purchase Decision (Z), Promotion (X). This research was conducted using a sample of 120 people. This research used purposive sampling, based on respondents who buy products at Indomaret. Data are taken by giving respondents structural questionaires. In terms of data analysis, this research used Path Analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Promotion has significant and positive effect toward Purchase Decision, Purcahse Decision has significant and positive effect toward Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion has significant and positive effect toward Consumer Satisfaction, Promotion has significant and positive effect toward Consumer Satisfaction moderated by Purchase Decision.
