Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru which aims to determine the influence of organizational climate, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru, to determine the influence of climate oraganisasi on employee performance PT. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance PT. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dos Ni Roha Pekanbaru
Type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study amounted to 63 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linier regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version.
The result of the test has been done partially that organizational climate, motivation and job satisfaction have influence to the performance, organizational climate variable have significant effect to employee performance, motivation variable have significant effect to employee performance, and job satisfaction variable significantly influence employee performance. While simultaneously shows that organization climate variable, motivation and job satisfaction have influence to employee performance variable. so that to improve the performance of employee companies must provide guidance on improving the quality of work and skiil employees in carrying out the work.
