Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Kosmetik Wardah Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine how the influence of the marketing mix of purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction on Wardah Cosmetics in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is Pekanbaru city residents who use Wardah cosmetics whose numbers are not known with certainty. The sampling method was done by using non probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of two step model path with the help of SPSS program version 18.00. From the test results note that Product, Price, Distribution and Promotion have a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetic Purchase Decision. Purchase Decision Affect Wardah Cosmetic Customer Satisfaction in Pekanbaru City. It is expected that the company to improve consumer safety in using Wardah products by improving the quality of materials used so as not to be harmful to the consumer if the use in the long term and adjust the price paid consumers with the benefits they receive by providing good quality wardah products and appropriate with the expected consumer
