Total Quality Management is a system that improves quality continuously. To improve employee performance there are many factors to be considered. In this study only analyze from indicators owned by each variable Organizational Pratices. This study aims to determine how the influence of Total Quality Management Implementation through Organizational Practices simultaneously and partially in improving employee performance at PT. Serikat Putra Kebun Lubuk Raja Pelalawan. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Serikat Putra Kebun Lubuk Raja Pelalawan with a sample of 89 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Total Quality Management through Organizational Practices significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Serikat Putra Kebun Lubuk Raja Pelalawan.
