Penentuan Konduktivitas Air Sungai Batang Lubuh Menggunakan Multitester
A research has been done on the determination of water electrical conductivity and heavy metal concentration (Pb and Fe) of Batang Lubuh River at Surau Tinggi Village in location factory waste disposal area using method of experiment. Process was begun by taking samples of Batang Lubuh River on seven spot before and after factory waste disposal. Using multitester instrument can be determined recistansy, resistivity, and conductivity water electrical, meanwhile measurement of heavy metal consentration (Pb and Fe) using atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). The result showed that the value of highest electrical conductivity lied near factory waste disposal was 165 × 10-6 (Ωm)-1 with consentration of Pb 2,542 mg/l and Fe 1,432 mg/l ,while the lowest electrical conductivity on spot before factory waste disposal was 30,80 × 10-6 (Ωm)-1 with concentration Pb 1,770 mg/l and Fe 0,968 mg/l. The Result showed that the water on seven spot measurements had been polluted by heavy metal Pb and Fe cause over the limit permissible levels
