Linierisasi Sensor Koil Datar Dengan Pengolahan Isyarat Metode Diferensial
Flat coil inductive sensor works by detecting changes in the magnetic field of an object without a physical contact with measuring object. This study use two flat coil sensor geometry circle on Printed Circuit Board (PCB) through the etching process with indutance of Hμ5.22and Hμ9.17respectively. Flat coil evaluation sensor using LC oscillator produces the eigen frequency of 1MHz up to 2MHz. The two sensors were characterized in a differential stucture with a disturbance object CuBe plate moving in translation between two sensors in a mm13 distance, while the ambient themperature constant at 30°C. The maximum and minimum eigen frequency of oscillator 1 and 2 were measured at 3,45MHz and 2,41MHz. The linearization of flat coils are carry out using output differential between two oscillator and shown a linear output.
