Analisis Potensi Sektor Ekonomi Basis Dan Nonbasis Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau Tahun 2012-2016

The aim of this study is to describe the basic and non basic economic
sectors in the Rokan Hilir district that has a potential to be developed. As a with
study this is research PDRB at the constant price 2010 in Rokan Hilir District as
the variable.
Based on the Location Quotient test, there are two basic sectors in Rokan
Hilir District, they are mining and quarrying sector and agriculture, forestry and
fishery sector. This was based on result of LQ greater than one. Based on the
Dynamic Location Qutient, Shift Share and Typology Klassen test concluded that
are seven economic sectors that have the potential to be developed in Rokan Hilir
District. They are agriculture, forestry and fishery sector; mining and quarrying
sector; manufacturing sector; construction sector; transportation and
warehousing sector; accommodation, food and beverage sector; and the last is
financial services and insurance sector.
