Analisis Peruntukan Penggunaan Lahan Berdasarkan Nilai Tingkat Kebisingan Di Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota

The research of noise levels mapping has been done in Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota. The noise level was measured by coordinate point using Sound Level Meter (SLM). The data measurement was then input into “Surfer 11” software to obtain contour of noise level contour in Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota. The noise level data was recorded on three time interval, there was morning (07.00-08.00 WIB), daytime (11.00-12.00 WIB), and afternoon (16.00-17.00 WIB). The contour map of noise level showed in 2-Dimension and 3-Dimension figure with few color variation that represent the noise level, which: yellow, green, blue, and red. The result of this research showed that the highest noise level was 79 dBA, 77.5 dBA, 78 dBA for morning, daytime, and afternoon respectively. Meanwhile, the lowest noise level was 47.7 dBA, 46.2 dBA, 47.7 dBA for morning, daytime, and afternoon respectively. The noise level value around public housing was 68.1 dBA. This value is lied in the interval of noise level issued by KepMenLH No. 48/MENLH 11/1996.
