Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Tahu Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on tofu industry production in Pekanbaru City.
This research used census technique then selected 14 business as sample. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, partial analysis and simulthan (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20.0).
From the results of tests that have been done, regression test simulthan (F Test) showed that all independent variables studied were capital, labor, and raw materials have a significant influence on production variables. While partial (t test) capital have negative and significant influence, labor and raw material have positive and significant influence to the production of tofu industry. The amount of influence generated (R2) by these three variables together to the dependent variable 88.6%, while the remaining 11.4% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From result of regression test indicate that variable of raw material have the most dominant influence to know production in Pekanbaru City.
