Pembuatan Detektor Frekuensi Tunggal Berbasis Prinsip Eddy Current Untuk Pengukuran Ketebalan Logam Non Magnetik Tembaga (Cu) DAN ALUMUNIUM (Al)
Studies of the measurement of the thickness for metal non magnetic using manual method (calipers) and ultrasonic thickness have been made by researcher. The weakness of the both method were the accurateness of data for hard reading process and the price of materials more expensive. Development of the sensor technology allows to pubricate of metal thickness detector which can solution for the disadvantages of the two methods with using eddy current. Eddy current sensor using to measure the thickness of non-magnetic metal layer through relations of voltage and thickness variation, for Cu 0.4 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm, 4.2 mm, 5 mm, 5.1 mm and for Al 0.25 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.2 mm, 3mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, frequency delivered for 700 KHz, 1 MHz and 1,33 MHz. The graphic of voltage and thickness for aluminum and copper have exponential. Distance between sensor an non-magnetic material is was constant at 2 mm.
