Pengaruh Kemampuan, Kompensasi, Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV. Lautan Rezeki Di Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at CV. Lautan Rezeki in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of ability, compensation and discipline both simultaneously and partially on employee performance on CV. Lautan Rezeki in Pekanbaru.
The method used in this study is a sampling census method with a sample of 55 people, in this study to test the research hypothesis by using multiple linear regression techniques, with the help of SPSS program version 22.
The results of this study can be seen that the ability to partially significant effect on employee performance is shown t value = 3.083. Partially compensation has no significant effect on employee performance is shown t value 1,616. Discipline partially no significant effect on employee performance is shown t value -0,523. Simultan eously that ability, compensation and discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Lautan Rezeki in Pekanbaru is shown f count 14,406. R Square equal to 0,459 (45,9%) while the rest (100% - 45,9% influenced by other variable.
