Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Turnover Intention Perawat Rsia Eria Bunda Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analysze Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and Career Development on Turnover Intention, research applied on nurse who work on RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This research was conducted using a sample of 53 nurses. This research used population of nurse who work on RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. In terms of data analysis, this research used Linear Regression Analysis method using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, research shows that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and Career Development had significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational Commitment had significant positive effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) had significant positive effect on Turnover Intention and Career Development had significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. In order to reduce the turnover intention rate, RSIA Eria Bunda is expected to provide opportunities for career development, pay more attention to the relationship between nurses, pay more emphasis to organizational commitment on RSIA Eria Bunda.
