The result of this research where promotion mix and price perception as independent variable, purchase decision as moderate variable, and consumer satisfaction as dependent variable. that is; The promotion mix has a significant effect on the purchasing decision. The price perception has significant effect on the purchasing decision. The purchase decision is significant to the customer satisfaction. The promotion mix does not significantly influence the customer satisfaction through the purchase decision. Price perception has significant effect to customer satisfaction through purchasing decision.
it is expected that the company can create a more creative and effective promotional starategi again, and the suitability of the products obtained by consumers can be in accordance with the promotions provided by the company
