Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi Dan Penempatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Inecda Plantations Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to determine the influence of training, motivation, and placement simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at Pt. Inecda Plantations Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study were all employees totaling 60 employees and our samples by using census method that takes all the population, using instrumental testing the validity, reliability and classic assumption test. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows.
From the results of the testing that has been done, simultane ous regression test (f-test) showed that the variables of training, motivation and placement simultaneously significant effect on the performance of employees. And the results of the partial test (t test) showed that the variables of training partially have significant effect on the performance of employees, motivation partially have significant effect on the performance of employees and placement partially have significant effect on the performance of employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0,585, which means, training, motivation, and placement affect the performance of employees amounted to 58,5%, while the remaining 41.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this model. Preferably leaders of PT.Inecda Plantations Indragiri Hulu maintain indicators applied to the company so that employee performance can be achieved optimally.
