The aim of this study was to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, company growth, company size, and earnings management on firm value at company listed on LQ45 Year 2011-2014.The population in this study are all LQ45 companies in Indonesia are still in operation during the years 2011-2014. Based on specified criteria, the company earned 19companies were used as samples in this study. This study uses secondary data such as financial statements. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this research are Capital Structure has a significanteffect on the Firm Valuebecause significant value is 0,000 less than 0,05, Profitability has a significanteffect on the Firm Valuebecause significant value is 0,000 less than 0,05,The growth of company has no significant effect on firm valuebecause significant value is 0,172 more than 0,05, The size of company has no significant effect on firm valuebecause significant value is 0,643 more than 0,05 .5Earning Management has no significant effect on the Firm Values because significant valueis 0,143 more than 0,05.
