This study aims to examine the effect of human resource capacity, utilization of information technology, internal control of accounting, and organizational commitment to the reliability of financial reporting of local government of Pelalawan Regency.This research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study is all the offices / agencies located in Pelalawan District. The sample in this study amounted to 28 offices / agencies. Respondents in this study were officials of the Head of WTO / Secretary, Head of Finance / Treasurer in the finance section of each OPD. This research is a survey research with 2 respondents of each agency so that the number of respondents is 56 people. Data collection was done by distributing 56 questionnaires to 28 agencies / departments in Pelalawan District. Sample determination using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 24.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the capacity of human resources with a significance value of 0.000
