This research was conducted on 44 of regional deviceorganization Pekanbaru City. This research is included in quantitative research. The type of data used is the primary data. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling method. This data was analyzed using multiple linear regression that was processed with the help of SPSS Version 20. This study aims to determine the effect of regional financial administration system, the understanding of regional financial accounting system, local property management system, and local government internal control system on the performance of regional deviceorganizationat pekanbaru. the main issues that will be explained by the researcher are as follows: to see how big influence between independent variable and dependent variable. the results showed that the local financial administration systemof regional deviceorganization with the value thitung > ttabel is 3,550>1,985, the understanding of regional financial accounting systemof regional deviceorganization with the value thitung > ttabel is 2,539>1,985, the management of local propertyof regional deviceorganization with the value thitung>ttabel is 2,539>1,985, and the internal control system of the government have an effect on the performance of regional deviceorganization with the value thitung>ttabel is 2,027>1985. so the conclusion of this research is all hypothesis presented acceptable.
