Pengaruh Sikap, Komitmen Organisasi, Tanggung Jawab Personal, Dan Tingkat Keseriusan Kecurangan Terhadap Whistleblowing (Studi Empiris Pada Bank Swasta Di Kota Pekanbaru)
This research aims to examine the effect of attitude, organizational commitment, personal responsibility, and the seriousness level of fraud on whistleblowing. The population of this study is all the private banking companies that listed in Pekanbaru, and the sample of this study is 17 private banking companies with whistleblowing system that listed in Pekanbaru. This study is using primary method with questionnaire. The analytical technique that is used to perform the hypothesis testing is purposive sampling with 138 respondends. Data are analyzed using multiple regression method using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Statistics 17.0. The results showed that attitude has positive effect on whistleblowing. It comes from the significance probability that is 0.00. Organizational commitment has positive effect on whistleblowing. It comes from the significance probability that is 0.41. Personal responsibility has positive effect on whistleblowing. It comes from the significance probability that is 0.01. Moreover, the seriousness level of fraud has positive effect on whistleblowing. It comes from the significance probability that is 0.02.
