This final project aims to make the gas disposal system welding. Welded gas can cause discomfort and health problems to the operator. This gas exhaust system is manufactured to have two main components of Exhaust Fan, suction channel, exhaust, propulsion and transmission system. The system is installed in the production technology laboratory of the University of Riau, because it does not have a welding gas disposal system. Suction channel and discard using PVC pipe size 3 inches. Which in the suction section is branched into two, the residual gas is sucked from the welding chamber via the upper side according to the prior art. In it’s operation the branches can function well as expected.
