Gas welding results can not be separated from welding activity. While the welded gas is very dangerous for the body if inhaled and into the body. The purpose of this Final Project is the manufacture of exhaust fan to remove waste gas from welding at Welding Laboratory. The exhaust fan that is made is the type of axial, which functioned as the fan of the main fan exhaust support to suck the remaining gas welding simultaneously. The manufacture of this exhaust fan includes machining process such as lathe, drill machine and grafting or assembly using electric welding. The main components of this exhaust fan consist of fan, fan shaft, bearing position, motor position, fan cover, and cover belting and use electric motor as a propulsion and belt and pully as tranmission.
