Rolling process in metal or steel is generally done manually, which will take a long time and difficult to get the diameter. The purpose of making the bending roll tool is to make the bending roll tool more effective and efficient. In the process of making components on this bending roll tool, there are several steps, namely: (1) Selection of the main components include the selection of shaft, bearings and hydraulic jack. (2) The bending mechanism on this tool uses a hydraulic jack as a suppressor. The results of the manufacture of this tool prove that the manufacture is safe to use and in accordance with its function.
