Soil drilling process to get water is generally done manually, which will take a long time and require a lot of operator power. The purpose of the design and manufacture of this portable peat soil drill is to design a more effective and efficient peat soil drill. In the process of making components on this portable peat soil drill, there are several steps: (1) Selection of main components include the selection of motor fuel, sprocket, chain and bearings. (2) To decrease the speed of rotation that occurs in combustion engines use chain transmission with a ratio of 1: 2. Number of teeth on small sprockets 15 and large sprocket 30. This portable peat soil driller is more consistent in terms of workability than conventionally.
