Implementation of replanting is done to replace the unproductive plants with new plants gradually and thoroughly. This process uses a one-stop management pattern. This pattern is more secure to run a better replanting program. This study aims to inform the farmers that the replanting program is important for the future prosperity of farmers. PT Buana WiraLestari Mas itself has been 25 years partners with farmers in improving their palm products. And the benefits of replanting this results can be enjoyed by farmers in the long run. Because the program is run well by the PT and the Village Government so it will not disappoint the farmers.
PT Buana WiraLestrasi Mas Partnership with Farmers. PT Buana WiraLestrari Mas as the core of fostering and developing business Farmers who become plasmanya in providing land, the provision of production facilities, the provision of technical guidance of business management and production, acquisition, mastery and technological improvement necessary for the improvement of efesieni and business productivity. PT Buana Wira Lestari Mas is engaged in palm oil processing. In this case, large businesses have social responsibility (corporate social responsibility) to foster and develop the business Farmers as long-term business partners.
Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done by the author on the Implementation of Partnership PT Buana Wira Lestari Mas with Palm Oil in Palm Replanting Program in Kijang Makmur Village Tapung Hilir Subdistrict that for farmers who do not participate replanting program think that replanting will be their burden karna replanting costs to farmers' debts. But for farmers who participate in the replanting program feel happy because of the replanting because it will stabilize their crops as before.
