Basically every human needs services and it cannot be separated from human’s life. Local Goverment as a important element to increase the services to community assess that water supply company (PDAM) is a part of local goverment company. In order to increase the water supply company (PDAM) services, local government assumes that the capital addition of PDAM will increase the services to community.
The formulation of problem in this thesis is How the Influence of Local Goverment Capital Investment Policy Toward Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirta Indragiri Services. The purpose of this research is in order to know about is there any influence of capital investment toward PDAM services, how much influence of capital investment toward PDAM services in Tembilahan, and how the influence of capital investment toward PDAM Tirta Indragiri services in Tembilahan.
This research indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between capital investment and PDAM services in Tembilahan. It can be seen from the calculation of correlation coefficient, the result of r is 0,626. It means there is a releationship between capital investment variable (X) and PDAM services variable (Y), and they have strong relationship. The influence of capital investment toward PDAM services is 62,60%, it based on the calculation of determination. The influence of capital investment toward PDAM services is positive, it can be proven through the formula Y= 15,707 +0,936X. It means, if the variable value X (capital investment) is increased one level then the variable value Y (PDAM services)increase also.
