Plate work technique is the basic work in the formation of sheet metal that requires good skills and also thorough. The purpose of this Final Project to Produce plate-forming tool with rolling and pounding system which can be used for plate work, the thickness of plate that can be formed on this tool maximum 2mm. The final project involves machining process such as lathe, milling machine, hand grinding machine, cutting saw machine, drill machine and electric welding machine. The main components of this Final Project consists of electric motors, top rollers, bottom rollers, eccentric shafts, piston rods, grounding and bearings. This tool can produce plates that can be formed according to the mall to be made by the operator, such as making cauldrons and motorcycle fender. This plate-shaping tool has two systems of rolling and collision systems, which on the rolling system operated manually by the operator, while the collision system is driven by an electric motor. Based on the test results of this tool can function properly and can produce a product that is motorcycle fender in accordance with the expected.
