Profil Kasus Ekshumasi Di Provinsi Riau Periode 2013-2017
The exhumation under the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) as a body takeover that had previously been buried during a legally valid post-mortem examination. This study aims to determine the profile of exhumation cases of Riau Province in the period of 2013-2017 covering the number of exhumation cases, causes of death, identity of victims, way of death, duration of burial, gradation of decay and request of Police institution. The research method used is a descriptive retrospective method by using secondary data of Visum et Repertum at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is the total sampling and univariate analysis. The results of research got 26 exhumation cases. The highest case profile was male (69,2%) while women (30,8%). Most age ranges about 26-45 years (38,1%) and 12-25 years (23,8%). Victims who experienced the most gradation of decay within 29 - 84 days (42,9%) and 8-14 days (38,1%). Most deaths were caused by blunt violence (68,2%) and death by murder (79,2%). Length of days the victims were burried was about 7 days and 110 days. The letter of request Visum et Repertum to exhumation cases majority came from the external police department of Pekanbaru (84,6%). Based on exhumation data got the most sex is male. Most age ranges are 26-45 years. The most gradation of decay within 29-84 days. Death were caused by blunt violence and death by murder. Long days buried are 7 days and 110 days. The most request institution came from the external police department of Pekanbaru.
